Yup! Just like it sounds! I’m now accepting applications to be a part of my 22 Minute Hard Corps test group!

Not just anyone will be accepted into this exclusive group. To be a part of you will need…

*A can do attitude. No excuses allowed!

*To be willing to commit to a fitness program that is 22 minutes a day, 6 days a week, 8 weeks long.

*To commit to sticking to the meal plan as closely as possible. This fitness program is awesome, but results are made in the kitchen!

*To commit to drinking your Shakeology once a day. Nutrition is key! And this will make sure you have the best chance of getting the results you’re looking for!

*To commit to checking in daily to a private, Facebook group and being an encouragement to the other members.

*To be willing to invest in yourself with the 22 Minute Hard Corps challenge pack.
