*To commit to sticking to the meal plan as closely as possible. This fitness program is awesome, but results are made in the kitchen!
*To commit to drinking your Shakeology once a day. Nutrition is key! And this will make sure you have the best chance of getting the results you’re looking for!
*To commit to checking in daily to a private, Facebook group and being an encouragement to the other members.
