Hi my Gracious Readers and today “viewers”,
You’ve heard me talk on and on and on about PiYo. You know I teach PiYo, and you know I love it. You may also know I started at a new studio in July, and attendance has been low! And this is to be expected, it’s a brand new studio, they don’t know me, it’s summer and it’s crazy. And maybe, just maybe you don’t know what PiYo is either. And maybe you’re scared to try what you don’t know. Maybe as E said, what’s unfamiliar to you is like getting in a pot of boiling water full of sharks. Okay, maybe that’s an exaggeration.
Honestly, I love teaching to the small classes because we can be fun and relaxed, build relationships, and I can try to give each person more attention, but well folks, if my class ain’t bringing in the peeps, sooner or later I’m gonna get the boot off the roster! Well E challenged me to make a short video doing my best to articulate what PiYo is and how I got started in the format. So while this was awkward and a completely new experience for me. I bring you my video debut.
Don’t judge me! Yes, I stutter, and I forget what I want to say, and sound like a nervous twit and am majorly critical and hate the way I look but I’m getting over all that and putting it out there anyway so hopefully you get the point!
What did you think? Are you ready to come give class a try? I hope so!
All you need is a pair of bare feet, a mat and a desire to come have fun and get a great workout.
Special thanks to my camera man. You’ll hear him whisper “Go.” in the beginning since I couldn’t handle the thought of trying to edit it out.
Pretty cute isn’t he?
Thanks for watchin. Like for real. I appreciate it. And thanks to E for pushing me out of my comfort zone. Again.
XOXO – T
